Several factors are taken into consideration when assessing and pricing calcium removal. For instance, Blast Clear does not employ the same cleaning techniques for your glass tile as we would for your neighbor’s flagstone. Each water feature presents an array of materials, shapes and heights and requires different approaches for removing calcium. Waterfalls, negative edge spill walls, etc. need to be assessed and priced commensurate with the scope of work.

Pricing for calcium removal at the waterline is calculated by the linear foot and is between $4 and $7 per foot depending upon the level of calcium build-up

and the type of material to be cleaned. *If you would like a quick preliminary estimate; send us the linear measurements and photos of your pool including overall and close up views of the areas you wish to have cleaned to info@blastclear.com. Our minimum charge for performing calcium removal services is $300.

*Note: Preliminary estimates from images are provided as a convenience for our customers. A Blast Clear technician will still need to conduct an onsite visual assessment to finalize your proposal.
