Calcium Removal Assessment

Work Day Procedures

We prefer that you be present when we conduct the assessment of your pool tile, however your presence is not absolutely necessary. All water features should be dry and visible; therefore, we ask that the pumps be turned off at least 1 hour prior to our arrival. If you are unable to do this or will not be available for the meeting, we will take care of turning pumps off upon our arrival and on before we leave. Upon the completion of our assessment, you will receive a detailed written proposal.

When we arrive at your home to perform the calcium removal process, we will turn off all water features and lower the water level to just below the tile line for better access to the areas to be cleaned. During the cleaning process the glass beads and dislodged calcium will settle to the bottom of the pool in a line below the work areas. When the cleaning process is completed, we will wipe down all cleaned surfaces and vacuum your pool using our media retrieval system.
